    Chorus

    While increasing music knowledge, chorus shows others that music is fun, entertaining, energetic, and worthwhile.

    Meets Tues. & Thurs. from 2:30 – 3:15.

    Auditions offered to 4th and 5th grade students.

    Flag Bearers

    To learn respect and proper handling of

    United States and Georgia State Flag

    Guy Serapion

    Students raise, lower and properly fold the flags daily. Offered to 5th graders.

    Origami Club

    The opportunity to learn about the traditional Japanese art of origami.

    Mrs. Knight and led by parent volunteers.

    Once a month

     

    Offered to 3rd – 5th grades.

    P.A.W.S. Running Club

    To encourage all students to get physically active.

    The PAWS (Physical Activity with Students) running club is open to all First through Fifth Graders!

    Cumulative running record will be maintained. Offered before school from 7:15 – 7:30 to all 1st-5th graders

    Reading Club

    To encourage the love of reading and promote increased reading proficiency.

    Meet once a month to discuss books read. Offered to 4th and 5th grade students.

    Safety Patrol

    To learn the importance of safety and monitor students during arrival and departure.

    Orientation and meet during school hours. Offered to 5th graders.

    Science Olympiad

    To increase knowledge of science as we practice and work together.

    Kathryn Floyd

    Meet after school to practice events and prepare for county meet.

    Student Council

    Provide communication link between classrooms and school-wide activities.

    Jennifer Martin

    Students will complete service projects and meet monthly, 2:15-3:15.

    Offered to 1st – 5th grades.
