Science

The focus of science instruction at Bennett’s Mill Middle school is to engage our students physically and mentally through a hands-on laboratory based program. Our program allows students to investigate both the concepts and process skills of science. Technology is infused throughout the science curriculum. Our teachers provide a challenging environment that promotes students to question, think critically, and make decisions based on evidence.

The goal of our science program is for each child not only to acquire science knowledge in the areas of earth science, life science and physical science, but to gain an appreciation and love for science and to always want to learn more about their natural world.
