Medication/Illness
 

Medication may be administered only as directed on Family/Guardian Release For Administration of Medication Form signed by family/guardian and physician.

Medication must be received in original prescription container with current date.

If medication is not supplied by family/guardian and child is unable to function appropriately, child must be picked up immediately.

A sick child must be picked up by family/guardian immediately upon notification from ASP office.

Child should be free of fever for 24 hours without use of fever reducing medication in order to attend ASP.
