BOARD RECAP

 

The Fayette County Board of Education met in called session on Thursday, August 12, 2004 in the boardroom of the Fayette County Board of Education.  The following actions were taken:

 

1.                  Approved to act in called session

2.                  Approved agenda as amended

3.                  Approved millage rates

a.       Rate is set at 19.19 mills for maintenance and operations (bond millage 3.743 – a decrease from last year) a reduction of $350,000 from the original FY2004-2005 budget was made. 

4.                  Approval of bond resolution – approved as amended

5.                  Adjourned
