BOARD RECAP

The Fayette County Board of Education met in called session on Thursday, July 28, 2005 in the boardroom of the Fayette County Board of Education. The following actions were taken:

1. Approved to act in called session

2. Approved agenda

3. Approved proposed 2005-2006 millage rates – The Maintenance and Operations (M&O) tax will decrease by .240 mills while the Bond tax will decrease by .087 mills. This will result in a decrease to taxpayers of .327 mills in taxation on their property.
