BOARD RECAP

The Fayette Board of Education met in called session on Thursday, August 2, 2007 in the boardroom of the Fayette County Board of Education. The following actions were taken:

1. Approved to act in called session

2. Approved agenda

3. Presentation of proposed 2007-2008 millage rates – The Maintenance and Operations (M&O) tax will decrease by .004 mills to 18.596 mills. The total millage rate is 22.146 while the Bond tax will remain the same at 3.55 mills.

4. There was no public input
