The Home
Study Program department is located in Building C of the LaFayette Educational Center.
If you have not already completed a Letter of Intent for the current school
year, please complete one and return it to our offices as soon as possible.
Monthly attendance forms are also required. This is to ensure attendance
information is posted correctly for each student.
