 WAIVER: In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I waive any and all claims for myself and my heirs against officials and sponsors of the Spring Hill Elementary 2nd Annual Turkey Trot for injury or illness that may result directly or indirectly from my participation. I further state that I am in proper physical condition to participate in the event, and should not entr and run in this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree not to wear headsets, bring a pet, use scooter or bikes and no exception to this rule will be made. |
