    Increase the number of students in L3/proficient and L4/distinguished in ELA and Math by 2% and 4% respectively in grades 3rd-5th on the GMAS.  ELA Proficient and Distinguished achievement levels from 56% to 58%.  Math Proficient and Distinguished achievement levels from 60% to 64%.



    1. Create Master Schedule to embed weekly PLC meetings focused on the continuous improvement cycle. 

    2. Devise and implement weekly PLC agendas and protocols that are data driven to improve differentiation and individual learning progress. 

    3. Utilize county curriculum guides, resources, and support staff to design lesson plan details to support varied students' learning needs. 

    4. Revision of MTSS protocols to provide a collaborative, timely problem solving approach and strategic supports to improve student growth and achievement. 

    5. Increase the percentage of collaborative models of instruction via push-in support with ECS, EIP and ESOL and/or student flexible grouping.

    6. Implement goal setting language and practices promoting student achievement

    7. Implement effective teacher selected coaching cycles utilizing the district selected coach. All staff will participate in a coaching cycle in a three year period.

    100% of staff members will participate in targeted PLCs to address student and/or staff needs. 

    1. Provide monthly opportunities for staff professional learning relevant and aligned to roles.

    2. Set TKES or Contributing Professional Learning Goal/Plan.

    3. Devise and implement weekly PLC agendas and protocols that are data driven to improve differentiation and individual learning progress. 

    4. Self assessments for team members to be completed every 9 weeks

    5. PLC Team Leaders will be identified, receive monthly PL,  & guide team meetings

    6. PLC team members will be assigned specific roles to promote accountability

    7. Non HR staff will conduct monthly PLC sessions focused on improving student achievement.

    8. Implement effective teacher selected coaching cycles utilizing the district selected coach. All certified staff will participate in a coaching cycle in a three year period. 

    Implement various initiatives to increase student and parent engagement.

    1. STEAM/Fine Arts/EXPO initiative to establish authentic learning opportunities for all students and other parent volunteer opportunities

    2. Conduct quarterly PBIS/Leader in Me Celebrations

    3. Promote and grow the use of Staff Mentor & Community Mentor programs

    4. Face-to-Face conferences by HR teachers with all parents within the 1st semester (By November 3rd deadline)

    5. Hold after school grade level events (one per grade level/area)

    Reduce the number of students with 15 or more absences by 50% from 125 students to less than 50 students.

    1. Protocols to increase contact frequency and informational sessions sharing the impact on student success for families struggling with consistent attendance

    2. Positive contact by HR teachers to all families within the first 2 weeks of school

    3. Present information about attendance protocols (video, slideshow, etc) during Meet the Teacher and Parent Information Night, within Family Handbook  and on website 

    4. Invite parents of students (4th and 5th) who had high absenteeism and failed to meet school goals on standardized testing to come in over the summer for conversation on impact of school attendance

    5. Continue Homeroom Attendance Awards each month with certificates and morning announcement shout outs

    6. Structure an incentive program to identify individual students with high percentages of attendance for a given period of time.
