Equitable Services for Private Schools

The Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA), which was reauthorized as the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 (ESSA), extends benefits to students, teachers, and educational staff in private schools. Fayette County Public Schools offers equitable services under Title I, Title II, and Title IV, to eligible private school students, their teachers, and families.
