The HR Department manages all aspects of the employee life cycle from recruitment and onboarding to professional growth, evaluation, and retirement. This includes overseeing certified and classified staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, certification and licensure, substitute management, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.

In addition to daily operational functions, HR partners closely with school and district leadership to foster a positive and equitable workplace culture.
