Whitewater High helped the community really relax with a good book with a recent session of audiyoga.
Audiyoga invites participants to listen to an audiobook while practicing silent flow yoga. The featured selection was “Let Them” by Mel Robbins.
The free session in the Whitewater High media center was a team up with Sozo Yoga and instructor Janay Honeycutt. It was open to students, staff, and parents.
