District Staff Update Requests

  • We've moved... but not too far away!

    To enter a technology request for a new person or leaving staff:

    * Go to IncidentIQ at https://fayette.incidentiq.com
    * Click Google SSO to login with your FCBOE email
    * Click New Ticket
    * Go to Online System > Google Apps
    * Select Account Settings
    * Enter applicable details about the staff, including the Account Action
    * Click Submit

    NOTE: As with our previous methods, if you have details you can provide to help us avoid duplicating records, please be sure to enter those in the details. Things like date of birth, address, cell phone, and children's names (if students in the system) are particularly helpful!
