4 - New Students - Video - Chromebook Introduction - This video covers the FCBOE rules for using our Chromebooks. (Required for all new student Chromebook assignments.) Fill out this form after your child has watched this video.

5 - Optional Insurance Optional Insurance Purchasing Link - This insurance is purchased annually. You will receive a pro-rated premium if you purchase after the beginning of the school year. Note: When purchasing insurance, the serial number and asset tag are on the bottom of the Chromebook.
