Inman Elementary's Eagle Ensemble wowed the crowd with three performances of their spring show, "Pirates! The Musical.”
The King of the High Cs, played by 4th grade student Crosby George, worked alongside the pirates to find a stowaway, played by 5th grade student Camdyn Watkins, aboard the ship. The story took an interesting turn when the King of the High Cs got laryngitis just before the Big Pirate Singing Contest. The talented stowaway saved the day, leading the pirates to 1st prize. In turn, she was made a full-blown pirate of the briny sea.
The Eagle Ensemble performed under the direction of Patricia Banks and Wendy Harber.
