Pre-K Lottery Registration will be open by appointment only from January 16th-March 4th from 8:30 AM-2:00 PM on school days.
Documents required to receive a lottery number:
Student Birth Certificate (Age 4 on or before September 1, 2024)
Lease, Most Recent Property Tax Statement, or Settlement Statement
Most Recent Electric Bill
Parent Photo ID
Student Social Security card (if possible)
Please call the front office at 770.631.3255 or email firstname.lastname@example.org schedule an appointment. Please bring ALL documents with you at your appointment time to receive a lottery number.
Lottery Drawing: Held on March 5, 2024 at 8:30 AM at Huddleston. Parents may attend the drawing, but children are not permitted per county guidelines.
Students Drawn: Students drawn for a lottery spot will be contacted via phone on March 5th and will receive a letter via U.S. Mail. Students in the class are REQUIRED to complete enrollment with the Board of Education by April 19, 2024 or you will forfeit your child’s spot.
Waiting List: Students placed on a waiting list (in zone, out of zone, etc) will receive a letter via U.S. Mail with their wait list number. We will call and email you if/when a spot becomes available in the class at any time throughout the school year.
