During READCamp, K-12 students will participate in specially designed reading training, drills and practice in order to maintain reading and literacy skills over the summer and to tackle the "Summer Slide" knowledge gap. READCamp is a natural complement to any summer learning program.
 
Read 8 books and be a READCamp Champion.
 
Read 12 books and be a READCamp MVP! 
 
Beginning May 27th, students can track completed books in their personal online Playbook and receive virtual encouragement from Coach Mitchell and the READCamp summer counselor staff. 
 
4 Easy Steps to Register
 
Student-Self Registration:
Student Must be Over the Age of 13 to Self-Register
 
1. Click "Register for READCamp" Button. 
2. Enter your Birthday.
3. Enter First and Last Name, Select "I am a Student" from the drop-down, Enter Email
Address and Create a Password.
4. Click Save.
 
Adult/Educator Registration:
If Student is Under the Age of 13, an Adult Must Register for Student
 
1. Click "Register for READCamp" Button. 
2. Enter your Birthday.
3. Enter First and Last Name, Select "I am an Educator" or "I am a Parent/Guardian" from
the drop-down, Enter Email Address and Create a Password. Enter Create an Account.
This will be your Adult Account.
4. Click "Add Student", enter information in all fields for the student that you are
registering, including entering a username and creating a password for
each student. Click "Save".
 
Login to your Account:
Student: Login with your Username and Password
Adult/Educator: Login with either your Adult/Educator Account or a Student Account and go to Playbook to enter books.
 
All emails from READCamp will be sent to either the Adult/Educator or Student email address (if student is over the age of 13). Student email addresses will only be used for READCamp. No other correspondence will be sent to the student account.
