The Whitewater High Robotics Team took home top honors at the VEX V5 Robotics Competition at South Forsyth High.
The Wildcats’s C Team, Catastrophe, won the top award out of 40 teams. The award goes to the squad with the best overall robot as a combination of their performance in the tournament, their interview, their notebook, and their skills score.
The winning team is Owen Gutierrez, Colby Shaffer, Tyler Klinger, and Schoch Weaver. They are coached by Joel Cassell.
