Ask your Teacher about the Young Authors Writing Contest. 

The writing entries can be any of the following:

• short stories
• poetry
• essays
• academic/research reports
• personal narratives
• or any other original student writing.

Requirements for submission:

• 1900 word limit
• Must be original work that the student has completed independently.
• Deadline to submit to me is Monday, February 13th.
