Peeples focuses on financial literacy

It is never too early to focus on financial literacy, and Peeples Elementary got a head start with the help of their friends from Delta Community Credit Union.

Nearly 400 Rockets in grades 3 through 5 engaged in hands-on lessons about saving, spending, and the value of smart money choices.

Delta Community representatives also presented the school with a $1,000 award through the credit union’s Schools Program, which focuses on providing support and resources to students in metro Atlanta.
