Niche, the largest website for researching public and private K-12 schools, has named Fayette County Public Schools as a 2017 Best School District in America.
The school system is ranked as number six in Georgia, fourth in the metro Atlanta area, and 626 in the nation.
The school system achieved these rankings by scoring highly on a variety of factors including SAT/ACT scores, student-teacher ratio, the quality of colleges that students consider, and reviews from students and parents. Niche’s data team analyzed this data from thousands of school districts across the country to create the 2017 Best School Rankings.
