The Fayette County Public School System’s CARE (Children at Risk in Education) program was selected by Keller Williams Realty in Peachtree City as a benefactor of the realty agency’s Shopping 4 Kids event.
CARE was among a selected few organizations in the metro Atlanta area that were part of the shopping spree that took place at Costco.
“We purchased underwear, socks, household and personal hygiene supplies, basic towels, washcloths, blankets, coats and assorted clothing items. We are very grateful to Keller Williams for this generous donation,” says Karen Spangler, CARE coordinator.
CARE assists students and their families who are struggling financially by providing necessities for school success, as well as sponsors programs to help students and families cope with difficult life situations.
