McIntosh boys soccer ranked number 1 in nation

The McIntosh High boys are back on top of the nation. Capping off a campaign that finished with the team’s 8th state soccer championship, the Chiefs are ranked number one in the nation. 

Finishing the year 22-1 with a 2-1 state title win over Johnson High on May 13, McIntosh now adds the title of the number one team in the country in the United Soccer Coaches Association’s rankings. 

Along with three runner-up finishes, 2021 marks the third time the Chief boys have finished the season ranked number one in the nation.
