McIntosh hosts youth football camp with special guests

The McIntosh Chiefs helped impart some gridiron wisdom with the help of some special guests at their recent youth football camp. 

About 200 campers ranging from 1st grade through 7th grade took part in the three-day camp focused on football fundamentals and fun. In addition to McIntosh High football coaches and players, campers also got a taste of expertise from 10 former college football players serving as guest coaches, including Sandy Creek High grad Andrew Gardner who played at Georgia Tech before embarking on a 9-year NFL career.
