Pre-K Class to Begin at Inman Elementary in February, Registration Starts Now

The Bright from the Start Lottery funded prekindergarten program has announced that an expansion class will open at Inman Elementary School on February 4. Pre-K Class to Begin at Inman Elementary in February, Registration Starts Now

Registration begins Monday, January 7 and runs daily from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Inman Elementary School and will continue until the class reaches 22 students. This program is for children who turned 4 on or before September 1, 2018. 

Students currently enrolled in a Bright from the Start/DECAL lottery funded Pre-K program are not eligiblefor the program at Inman. Parents of students who are on the Pre-K waiting list at Inman Elementary, and are not enrolled in another lottery funded program, can start the registration process online at www.fcboe.org, click on the “Student Registration” link under “Quick Links” and follow the instructions. To complete registration, parents must bring the following documents to the school: child's birth certificate, parent identification, current electric bill, and most recent lease or property tax bill or closing statement. 

Enrollment is on a first come, first served basis for students residing within Inman's attendance zone. After January 21, students residing outside of Inman's attendance zone, but within Fayette County, will be enrolled. However, parents will need to provide transportation if outside of Inman's attendance zone.
