Fayette-Coweta Basketball Media Day returns Nov. 7

There’s a chill in the air which means it’s time for basketball to start cooking. On Sunday, November 7, come meet the top hoops stars in the area as they prepare to tip off the upcoming campaign at the annual Fayette-Coweta Basketball Media Day. 

Boys and girls basketball coaches and select players from Fayette County High, McIntosh, Sandy Creek, Starr’s Mill, and Whitewater will be on hand to field questions from the local media and school reporters and talk about the season ahead. Other schools present include East Coweta, Newnan, Northgate, Heritage School, and Trinity Christian. 

Media Day will be hosted this year by East Coweta High School (400 Mccollum-Sharpsburg Rd, Sharpsburg, GA) and kicks off at 1 p.m. Media Day will also be live streamed by the 85 South Show at 85southsports.com.
