RSMS PTO exists to

1. promote the welfare of children and youth in the home, school, and community;

2. bring into closer relation the home and the school so that parents and teachers may cooperate in the academic training of the child; and

3. develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for every child the highest advantages in his/her physical, mental, and social education.

The RSMS PTO Bylaws were revised and approved on April 16, 2019.
