Social Studies

The Social Studies Department at Bennett’s Mill Middle School offers instruction in world cultures and geography in 6th and 7th grades and Georgia history in 8th grade. All academic course materials are based on the Georgia Standards of Excellence and are enhanced to enrich, challenge, and motivate our students.

In sixth and seventh grade world geography classes, textbooks are used as a resource along with other resources and teacher materials. Any questions concerning accessing this information should be directed to your child’s teacher if your child is unable to show you how they access it!
