After enrolling with the Fayette County Enrollment and Records Center, please complete this form to secure an appointment with a counselor to develop a McIntosh schedule for the 2022-2023 school year. New student registration appointments will be conducted via Zoom. A counselor will reach out to you via email or telephone if you miss your registration appointment.
