About the coaches:
We are both slow as turtles, but love running. Coach Williams loved running as a child and transformed into a serious runner as an adult and has completed many 5Ks, 10Ks, and a Half Marathon. Coach McCord started running as a kid, took 15 years off before returning to the sport. He has run several 5Ks, a few 10Ks, multiple half marathons, and several duathlons and triathlons. Coach McCord previously coached the FCHS Cross Country team from 2006 to 2009.
