Fayetteville Elementary kindergarteners showed off their ABC expertise with a parade around the school.
For 26 days, the kindergarten Tiger Cubs took part in an ABC Bootcamp where they were introduced to one letter each day until they had learned the whole alphabet. Students were tasked with creating a vest that included pictures and words for the letter they were assigned.
Parents were invited to watch the scholars show off their vests as they marched through the hall to band music.
Teacher Marlene Vaughn was thrilled to see the students enjoy the parade so much.
“It was a blast!”
