The face of Career and Technical Education (CTE) has changed, and Fayette County's CTE Programs give students the competitive advantage needed for college acceptance and/or entrance into the workforce.
With a choice of multiple career pathways and the opportunity to participate in Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs), students have the opportunity to explore their career interest and attain the knowledge and abilities that businesses and industries desire for high-demand, high-skilled, high-wage occupations.
Check out this electronic dashboard that provides earning information for college graduates one year and five years after graduation. Information can be viewed by degree type, major, college, or any combination of those choices.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS: FY 2019 BUDGET
The Fayette County Board of Education held public hearings and comment sessions for the upcoming 2019 fiscal year proposed budget. The meetings were held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 and Monday, June 11, 2018. The meetings were held at the school district’s central office located at 210 Stonewall Avenue West, Fayetteville, Georgia. A copy of the aggregate proposed budget is available for public review on this website. The purpose of these meetings was to provide the opportunity for public input on the proposed budget. The Fayette County Board of Education is scheduled to adopt the final budget at the June 25, 2018 board meeting at 7:00 PM.
