Inman’s owl wins pumpkin contest

The creative crew at Inman Elementary won the School Nutrition Program’s annual pumpkin decorating contest. Led by school nutrition manager Brenda Strickland, the Inman team won the most votes for their owl pumpkin creation. For their victory, the winning team will be provided a special lunch after Thanksgiving break.

There was a three-way tie for runner-up between Fayette County High’s tiger, Sandy Creek High’s pumpkin latte, and Oak Grove Elementary’s Hungry Hungry Hippo.
