• Vendors may contact Windee Padilla (padilla.windee@fcboe.org) to request a New Vendor Form to register as a Fayette County Public Schools vendor. A valid W-9 is required for all vendors and a COI and/or E-Verify documentation may also be required to complete registering. 

   

Vendors requiring insurance coverage for single events with Fayette County Public Schools can apply for short-term/event coverage by visiting Special Markets Insurance Company.
