Group Life Plan

Employees  You may purchase coverage in increments of $10,000 up to a maximum benefit of ten times salary or $1,000,000 whichever is less. The cost is based on your age. 

Spouses  You may purchase coverage for your spouse in increments of $10,000 up to a maximum benefit of $250,000 not to exceed 50% of your coverage amount. The cost is based on your age. 

Children  Life insurance coverage may be purchased on your children in increments of $1,000 with a minimum of $3,000 and a max of $20,000.

New hires can have the lesser of $200,000 or one times pay on yourself without medical questions.  For a spouse, you can have the lesser of $30,000 or 50% of the coverage you bought for yourself without medical questions.

Remember to always keep your beneficiaries up-to-date!  Go to the Total Rewards portal at any time to review and change as needed.
